Pair With Pups Looking for Third - Price: 350 +Util in Missoula, Montana

We are two roommates about to move into a larger space that allows dogs. One male, and one female human in our mid 20s, and one of each gender medium sized dogs. These are the only two pets we can have in the home, and as much as we'd love a house full of pets, the location only allows two.
We have found a home that we feel fits our situation and is a great find, but we need to get a third room mate! You would be sharing the bottom floor of the three floors with the female room mate. Laundry room and bathroom on this same floor. Main living space, backyard deck and front door on the main floor. Top floor is the main suite and bathroom for the male roommate. $350 rent plus utilities. Landlord says they average about $125/month (then split 3x).
We are relatively quiet. He works at DirecTv, graduated from UM, with a degree in anthropology. He's been in Missoula for most of his life. She moved to Missoula this past fall. She graduated from massage school, currently bartends, and has an online crochet business. We are both very sarcastic individuals, and spend most evenings laughing at each other's expense. He is a great person to live with! He's respectful, friendly, and concerned about others. We are pretty good about sharing chores. Neither of us are neat freaks, but we both make an effort to clean up after ourselves. We are both reliable, and passionate people.
We would prefer not to have children. Our home is non-smoking. We can be green friendly, but not inside.
We would like to have a long-term living situation. We intend to sign a minimum of 6 month lease agreement.
